(October 24, 2021, 12:00 pm)I have been meaning to write this review since August (when we ate there) and am finally getting around to it now. I would normally have just forgotten about it but the service was so terrific and friendly, that I felt they deserved a shout out and a review. We happened upon them with 2 minutes to closing and they took pity on us and our staving teenagers and stayed open a bit longer. The meals were good and exactly what you want from fish & chips. - good size fish and crispy chips that are not too greasy. This place is worth stopping for and they have picnic tables on the water with an amazing sunset view plus excellent and friendly owners.

(October 13, 2021, 9:06 pm)Was passing through and needed a meal before a long drive ahead of me. Stopped here for takeout.
The young lady working there was SUPER nice to my dog while I waited and asked before giving her a treat. The older chap that took my order suggested the special and he was very pleasant as well.
My meal hit the spot and didn't leave me feeling heavy on the drive home. Chips were great - just the right amount. Awesome tartar sauce too.
I wish it had come with a drink though!
Overall, great spot and obviously a local favourite.
