  Great place to exercise and meet people. I have always struggled with my weight ( love McD's) and I have lost over 100 lbs over the last year by going 4 times a week to the Y. Unlike other places, you do not need to look like a model to feel comfortable. All sorts of people show up and every one is supportive

  Fantastic facility - staff are second to none! Big supporter of the Waterdown High Cooperative Education program. Thanks for allowing students to get their first experiences in the world of work and being an amazing community partner.

  Great staff!!!! Pool though is one of the most cloudy (clean??) I have ever seen in any YMCA facility. Rest of the place is is very clean.

  I personally workout here but i wish they had more machines and more space instead of 2 basketball courts :/
