  Great service. Was a slight mix up with the trim surrounding the unit but was handled quickly and easily by distinctive fires. We are happy with the end result!

  We recently had the Napoleon Oakdale EPIC wood burning insert. Dominic and his team did a great job . Seamless from sales process to installation.
  It is an excellent wood burning fire. . Thanks everyone at Distinctive.

  The brothers know what service is about. I was told by a manufacture to go see them. Not too far from my house I drove to the store and was greeted by an honest person named Dominic....I ended up calling him Dommi after i built a good realationship with him. Dominic was at the store front and helped me pick a fireplacer that would work for us. He told me his best price and I went home to do some research on the unit. My wife wanted this other unit....wild fire or something like that from another dealer but they weren't real enough. I took the wife to see Dommi and she said I like the other one.. well I like Dommi!!! So we ended up with the Marquis Bentley version. What a beauty. Simon ....Dommis brother installed it with his crew. Those guys were awesome. Cam and Mark did not complain once after there rock paper scissors match they had to see who was on the roof and who was going in the attic. 33 degrees outside this day just so you all know. Guys had a great positive attitude all day even when the contractor was yelling at them to hustle. They just smiled and did what they were told. They said what they were going to do and they did it. Simon did the pressure test twice just to make sure the gas line is perfect. Simon taught us how to use it and showed us twice. He would if stayed longer but the contractor we hired was rushing to get some stuff done. Lol. DOMMI SIMON and the whole crew. You made this painless and my mom loved you guys so much she is driving my dad nuts now to get one. Will be back. You guys are gents and people of your word. Till next time boys!!!
