  I would like to give 2 ratings. 5 stars for most everyone and 1 star for the clerk that served me Dec. 27,2018.
  
  I have been exchanging US$ to Canadian $ every month for 2 1/2 years. I exchange $1,500 to $1,800 each month with no issues. Everyone has been courteous and professional except for the rude clerk who served me on Dec. 27.
  
  I had extra bills in December so I exchanged US$2,200. That is not a lot of money! I had to provide id, verify my profession and employment and what I was going to use the money for! When I refused to give the clerk the last piece of information she threatened something inaudible about not giving me my money. She was one poorly trained and rude clerk!
  This location is convenient but I may look elsewhere for currency exchange.
  
  I must repeat that all the other workers there have been very professional and pleasant.

  I used Continental Currency Exchange today on the recommendation of my friend. She uses this branch all the time and said they always have the currencies in stock and they have a wide variety of denominations. I was able to buy exactly what I needed and I could easily pay with debit. The manager provided me with quick and friendly service and the rate beat my bank by over $30. I will never go anywhere else.
