  I use to work in retail so I know what goes behind the scene. You are pressured on everything like time. It really goes down to the manager, if they really want to have a great reliable and knowledgeable staff, you have to train them.
  
  My Partner ordered no whip cream on his French vanilla but they gave him it, and it makes him sick. They were nice enough to give him a complimentary free coffee for next time.
