I enjoy this store so much...Kim and staff are the best.
Very knowledgeable...no matter what yr concern..Kim is very compassionate & caring regarding the feeding and care of our animals.
And they have fur bbs that are very loved and waiting for there forever homes.
Being an avid animal lover...l know the customers shopping here all do there best to adopt from this Pet Value because of the encouragement of Kim and her staff!!!!

The staff was amazing and they gave me all the directions that I need at the time! Also, my dog loved the duck that they indicated!

Brought my dog for a nail trim. The manager (owner?) was amazing!! She is very knowledgeable, soothed my dog's anxiety, treated him like a king, gave me a great deal (in my mind!) on repeat nail trims and really, I mean REALLY, made me feel like a valued customer. Even though I was just getting a nail trim. Then, 2 weeks later I got the follow-up trim as she had recommended, to get the "quick" vein to recede back so we could get his nails cut shorter in future - and she honored the price quoted on future visits (even though I thought it was too good to be true and she'd probably forget anyway) but she remembered, she did a great job and she was right, the nail vein did recede back and she was able to get more off this time. No bleeders, splits or screams. And there were lots of dogs in the store having a ball, it was a great experience- lol, and it was really just a nail trim! Very clean, bright store. The cashier was delightful and so was her dog (bring your dog to work day?!) - loved it. I highly recommend Pet Valu for pet needs. Especially if you have a dog who loves to make friends. Or if you or your dog gets nervous when it comes to nail trims. Outstanding service.
