  I am amazed with the type of customer service this location has!!! WOW! There is a pest issue in a condo building in the GTA, and that's how I came across Okrin, (who knew they were the Walmart of the pest business). I thought I would give them a call about a raccoon issue there is in another property in the Tri-City Region. Any who, I spoke to this girl named CARLEY, if this girls isn't the definition of customer service, I don't know what is. SHE CALMED ME DOWN, 10000% percent. It is the most uncomfortable, and gross thing to have pests in any home. She knew her stuff and you can tell she is passionate about this industry. She gave me the honest answers, did not try to upsell me on anything. She took care of the property issue in Tri-City region, and then calmed me down about the issue in the GTA. I look forward to seeing the results of the work this coming week, however I needed to comment on this phone call experience I just had. This girl needs some major recognition, she has now made me an ORKIN lifetime client, and because of that I will be recommending this location like no other! THANK YOU CARLEY, THANK YOU ORKIN! You are the lucky ones to have an employee like that.

  After having Wayne Sloane visit our home today, I had to take the time to write a review.
  
  First, after this one experience, I will only deal with Orkin, and Wayne will be our first call if something happens. I will also make sure any friends at all that say they need pest control will be referred to Wayne.
  
  I am so happy with the service for a few reasons. The most important, Wayne was honest. After he reviewed our fly problem, he actually recommended us to not get ANY service at this time and to keep handling our issue as we were. Even when my wife, who really hates the bugs basically begged him to do it, he AGAIN reiterated it was not a good investment and to just monitor and call if it gets worse. I had already been trying to convince my wife that we didn’t need the “fogging” and was blown away for Wayne to be so honest and to agree. He saved us at least $375+HST.
  
  Second, our appointment window was 12-5. At 12:10 he calls and I missed the call. I called him back 15 minutes later, he said he was at the house and no one was there. He gave me the time to call my wife, find out how long she would be and get back to him. He even said it was no problem if she couldn’t come right away and that he could come back again later. This blew my mind. When you miss your Rogers, Bell or Reliance appointment, that’s it, you have to rebook. Wayne was like an actual real person who was understanding and accommodating.
  
  While I don’t need Orkin now, I feel the inspection fee of $75+HST was more than fair because he showed my wife where he thought they were coming from, went up to the attic, went into the crawl space... did not cut any corners.
  
  Wayne, we didn’t meet, but you are a star in my books and I promise you i will refer business and only call you for our needs going forward.
