(November 29, 2017, 12:56 pm)Great location, walking distance to the lake. Not too many non-condo projects available south of the QEW in the area between Hamilton and St. Catharines.
Here are some approximate travel times:
3 minute walk to the lake
7 minute drive to Costco Grimsby
9 minute drive to downtown Stoney Creek
6 minute drive to the future Confederation GO station (it will initially have about 400 parking spots)
