Griffin's professionalism and knowledge about mortgages and pre-approvals helped make our journey in buying a property seamless and without worry. He explained to us the mortgage-getting process, handled organizing the financials of our purchase and made every step along the way very clear. As first-time homebuyers, we appreciated the attention to detailed and constant correspondence when going through the pre-approval stages of our mortgage. We couldn't be happier with the service we received with Griffin.
Any of the (thousands of) questions we had were quickly answered, and email correspondence updating us on the status of our mortgage was always informative and direct. What we really appreciated was Griffin answering our questions outside of the typical 9-5 work schedule. With the housing market moving as quickly as it is, it was a dream to be able to email our mortgage broker any day of the week and know we would get a reply soon thereafter. Griffin is truly amazing to work with!
