Can get a bit crowded in the summer months for my liking. -

(December 30, 2018, 7:42 pm)Enjoyed a long hike here on a Sunday in late December. Took some wandering til we found the sink holes and caves. Both were very neat to see! ???? Also came across a very interesting willow split down the center. Recommend hiking here at least once.
Reviews are true that the land around the conservation area is a bit built up - you can hear traffic on parts of the trail. -

(December 12, 2018, 9:00 am)Great couple of hours spent. The trails are well maintained and there are is a lot of interesting things to see. After spread a couple hours there we realized there was another area we hadn’t explorer that had a larger cave. We will return.

(November 22, 2018, 1:16 pm)Wonderful place for a walk or hike. Be sure to visit during different seasons to get a different perspective and experience on each trip. Not very biay usually but an excellent escape from the hustle and bustle of city life....park entry is free but there is paid meter parking (I think free of you have a Hamilton conservation pass)

(October 5, 2018, 2:34 am)Enjoyed the trip there. “Entrance to Nexus Cave” is a bit misleading. No way a normal sized person would be able to enter the karst through here. The natural land bridge formed there is pretty interesting. Better entrance would be the Nexus Window. Was able to go several feet in, but all the spiders just inches from my face freaked me out and I backed out hastily. A more brave person can proceed quite far in if they wished. Headlamp definitely required. Tunnel is small and tight. A big guy will not fit. Thoroughly enjoyed exploring it.
