I am a Power of Attorney for my Mother. Dr.Syty-Golda and the office staff have been wonderful in responding to different needs such as medicine changes, helping me to get my Mother to a new retirement home which required an assessment and guidance with respect to COVID requirements and following up on various medical needs. I have not been disappointed yet and still rely on their wonderful expertise. Dr. Syty-Golda and her staff has taken good care of my Mother and therefore I highly recommend her as a family doctor or a doctor for a senior citizen.
Dr. Syty-Golda is a GREAT doctor very knowledgeable and no matter the situation makes you comfortable, but the receptionist is soooooo horrible my has been waiting for four days for them to send over my prescription. The office has been called five times and my sister has repeatedly asked them to send it. This is not the first time we've had an issue with them sending prescription one time, I waiting in shoppers for an hour after the receptionist said it was sent. All she said was I'm sorry I forgot, so why did she say she sent it.
I love Dr Syty-Golda! She is very thorough, and knowledgeable. When ever I come in for a health issue, she is inquisitive and takes the time to figure out the issue may be. She doesn't just toss pills at you, and send you on your way. When I first started going to her I realized that appointments take a long time. You will sit in her office for an hour or two waiting to get in to see her, but once you are there she will chat with you and find out the real issue, and not just brush you off like a revolving door. She is caring and respectful. She runs a quarky office, but you will receive top notch care! Great Doctor and Professional. Highly recommend!
