  Found this website on google and seen they were located in Hamilton (close to home) to decided to give it a try. I wanted personalized napkins and 14 small frames used as place card holders.
  
  Found a great design for the napkin, however what showed on the photo had an initial on it, but the website didnt have the option to choose a different initial (no drop down menu) and I didnt want a random letter. Customer service closes at 5pm so instead of waiting until the next day I just chose a similar style that was okay and got to choose the correct initial plus was able to write a small message.
  
  Placed an order, I felt it took a bit of time to process (a little over a week). Every time I would try to sign in to check the status the site would make me reset my password which was a tiny bit annoying. But received a shipping email on Jan 30th and got my package Jan 31st!!
  
  Everything turned out GREAT. The gold foil print on white napkins looks so elegant and the design I had to choose turned out so amazing (I wish i spent the extra $ and got the larger napkins). The frames are exactly what I wanted, more heavy duty than I thought (which is good) and comes individually boxed. Overall I love my order and will use this company for any other events in the future.
