(July 31, 2020, 5:23 pm)Right after we walked in,we were welcomed from Matthew. My husband wanted to see few cars and Matthew offered a test drive. My husband loved the way he was treated and after the test drive he loved the car as well.Few hours later the car was ours. To be honest ..we went there just to browse. Thanks to Matthew and all of the great team we left BMW Hamilton happy and excated for our new dream car. Thank you all for being so amazing!

I visited many dealerships on the hunt for the car I wanted and ventured out to Hamilton only to be delighted by his professionalism, informative approach and fantastic sales skills. I myself coach sales people so I know a good salesperson when I see one. I believe that Matthew was the reason I decided to purchase from Budds, I wouldn't have been as confident working with any other salesperson. Compared to other sales people he was a breath of fresh air, was very straight forward, patient and compassionate. I would highly recommend talking to Matthew if you are in the area looking for a car and would even recommend him to my family and friends. I felt taken care of, not in an intrusive way, he was down to earth and felt like he really listened to what I was looking for out of my purchase. I wish him all the best, 5 stars!

(April 1, 2018, 7:49 pm)I bought my first BMW from this upper james location. The service is great and anytime I have any issues it has always been taken care of. For this reason I also went back to them for by second and third BMW. I love their free Friday car washes.
