I have been volunteering with Hamilton Speech Services for over a year now. As soon as I met Melanie I could tell she very knowledgeable and really passionate about helping others. She always makes me feel comfortable and like a valuable member of her team. Through volunteering, I am able to see how Melanie is skillfully able to provide personalized and critically thought out therapies to all of her clients. She is always well prepared and constantly working on providing innovative therapies for her clients. Her clients thoroughly enjoy her sessions as they are fun and she really tries to incorporate their interests in the interventions. Melanie has developed a close relationship with her clients and their families. She is always there to offer support to her clients and their families. Melanie is also in close and constant contact with the Speech Language Pathologists and other members of her clients' teams to ensure that they are getting the best therapy possible. Most importantly, I would highly recommend Melanie because I have personally seen the improvements her clients are making.

Melanie Hamilton (Hamilton Speech Services) is doing amazing work with my 3 year old son who has autism. Melanie is amazing at engaging my son with activities that boost his communication. Through Melanie, my son has learned, and is actively using, some sign language and PECS (picture exchange communication system) to communicate. She has also taught him to make verbal requests with eye contact. Not only does Melanie do fantastic work with my son, she is also fabulous at teaching our family how to teach our son to communicate more effectively. Melanie has been invaluable to our family and I highly recommend her!!
