From the initial stages of having a website to access the day to day activities, staying on top of timelines and a manageable payment schedule, the team has been amazing. They are professional, very knowledgeable and were able to accommodate any change orders that were put on the table. I would recommend the entire Black Jack team to any real estate investors who want the job done fast, efficiently, minimal cost and maximum rental income potential.

They are helping with 3 basement renovations in St Catharines, ON. One of the hardest cities for inspections and they are pushing forward.

(December 21, 2019, 3:07 am)I hired Black Jack to complete a legal 2nd suite for me in Welland and the quality of work, communication and overall experience was second to none. Jon, Bill and the staff and trades were very pleasant to deal with. I would stop in weekly to check on progress and Jon also called me regularly with updates. Both units have now been rented out for top dollar. They turned an outdated 60 year-old home into 2 brand-new legal units. I would recommend this company to any fellow investor or home owner. All jobs were completed on time and on budget. These guys are professionals, they communicate proactively with their clients, and they do great work. Highly recommend!
