(May 11, 2019, 11:52 am)Very friendly staff?! I had a question about one of the pieces of equipment they had and with out hesitation they invited me to come try it out with a free 7 day trial. I also contacted the owner Adam about the piece I was looking at and he responded quick with the information I needed. That is really appreciated! The facility they have is really nice and I would recommend you go try it out, can’t hurt!

(January 29, 2019, 4:25 am)I rate ALP-TI a full 5 out of 5!! I've been to other gyms before and nothing even comes close to this one. From day 1 of walking in I felt comfortable and a part of something, it's a close knit community of judgement free awesome people!! The staff are amazing! They are always kind and they make you feel welcome! The trainers are extremely knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition. I signed up for getting my workout program designed by the owner and it was 100% worth it, he has a vast knowledge of different exercises and workouts to do to get the results you want! He is always kind and encouraging! The facility is great, it has everything you need and you rarely ever have to wait to use anything! Definitely recommend joining this gym!

(December 28, 2018, 12:01 am)Adam and Berry were both my trainers at another gym and they were unbelievably amazing! I highly recommend anyone to go to his new club. Adam and his wife Veronica is the sweetest!!!!!! I haven't seen them since they left the other club but it looks like the new club is doing great!!!
