Sarah and her team were great to work with. Throughout the Employment Law Check up, Sarah guided us through the process and was able to answer any questions we had in a timely manner.
Regardless of the size of your organization, implementing solid contracts and policies with the guidance of an experienced employment lawyer is a must do for any non-profit. I’ve dealt with her on numerous occasions regarding employment contracts/challenges and she has always pointed me in the right direction. What makes Sarah unique is her empathy; this is something you won’t get at Bay St. or larger firms, despite the fact that employment law can be highly emotional, stressful and taxing. Sarah goes above and beyond to provide comprehensive support rather than just the task at hand, with a solid understanding that employment relations can often feel like a ‘David vs. Goliath’ scenario. Would highly recommend her for labour and employment law needs.
