We will continue to give our business to Eastgate Ford because of the incredible customer service we received working with them. Anytime we had questions they were answered immediately and they provided us with several different options so we could make decisions based on actual facts instead of assumptions. We are incredibly happy with our two new vehicles and will work with them again, in a few years, when we are ready to upgrade. (July 3, 2019, 1:07 am)First I'll say that I usually don't rate service, but after waiting two months I decided to provide a FIVE Star.
My father had recently purchased a used Ram 1500 from Eastgate and we were greeted by Rick Frazer.
This was my father's newest purchase and Rick was very professional and patient, he couldn't have provided a better experience.
Rick addressed all our questions and went above and beyond when his new radio had issues. He handled it as a priority to our full satisfaction. I have recommended Eastgate Ford and Rick to anyone that is interested in a new or used car.
We will be calling Rick for our next purchase.
Thank you Rick for an exceptional experience, my dad is very happy with his new truck.

(June 20, 2019, 7:25 pm)Called Eastgate Ford about a used F150 they had on the lot and I got Brian Cox on the phone. He explained all the different models and features and was extremely knowledgeable. I was so impressed I hopped in my car to check out the truck and meet him in person! The next day I went back with my wife and purchased the vehicle on the spot! A few days later I picked it up and everything we had discussed was taken care of. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Brian and Eastgate Ford! Absolute 5 Stars!
