(May 29, 2020, 6:24 pm)We have interior motion sensors and exterior door sensors and CCTV, all installed by Pasword and monitored by Pasword since 2012. Recently we had one monitoring issue and one service issue and they have been extremely responsive in correcting the issues for us.

(April 14, 2019, 1:48 pm)Pasword recently installed a monitoring system for our Dance Family parents to be able to watch their dancers while in class at our Ancaster location. We were thrilled with the service! We had no idea where to start with installing the system, and they took care of everything. The technician was polite and paid attention to the small details making sure the system was perfect before he left! The parents were thrilled with the results, and loved seeing their child having a great time in dance class! We plan to have systems installed at our Hamilton location as well. We would recommend Pasword, call them for all of your security needs and more!

The salesman, Pete was a great salesman who didn't try to push me into crazy sales, understood what I was looking for and was a pleasant person to deal with. The service technicians Shawn and Bryan were fantastic, friendly and extremely knowledgeable, from the camera install to explaining the internet portion. There are no bulky and ugly wires showing outside my walls. Everything is hidden and beautiful. My family feels more comfortable and secure. I would highly recommend this service to anyone.
