(February 6, 2019, 2:08 pm)The staff's knowledge in their respective roles is only exceeded by their friendly nature which makes you feel like family when you're here or when you see them out on the street. The gym's environment is not intimidating in the least bit, you can pick the music that plays over the p.a. for when you don't have headphones (as long as its respectful to the other members), and they have some great equipment for functional training. This is a great place to start your fitness journey, take some classes, rehab an injury, or just continue with your fit lifestyle. I would recommend checking Catalyst out.

Brian has a broad and diverse knowledge of the fitness and exercise world. He's a remarkable coach and trainer and makes everyone at the gym feel welcome and at ease.
