We go here regularly with our daughter who attends the school across the street and we are never disappointed with the goods we purchase.
Whether its just for a drink, a cookie or a special occasion we always enjoy our visits to Cake & Loaf -

(April 6, 2019, 8:28 pm)So many great things to say about Cake and Loaf. For starters, they are an equitable business who pay their employees a living wage.
Everything is made from scratch on sight. They sell fresh breads, desserts, muffins, salads, sandwiches, soups, and of course delicious coffee and cakes and pies!
They will do special orders to meet any of your needs. My favourite thing they make is a vegan date square. They keep them cold, so that with a black coffee is heaven sent.
Good people making good food. They are an asset to our neighbourhood!
