The staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful. Amenities such as Clubhouse, proshop and practice area were all terrific as well as the patio overlooking the 18th green. The course itself was somewhat disappointing though. Short, older course with a nice layout, some great scenery and some interesting holes that require a variety of shots. That being said, considering it's a private course, I expected it to be much better manicured than it was. Both the fairways and tee boxes were torn up and lacked much grass. Not sure that is a result of dry weather or disease but it definitely needed work. Greens, on the other hand, were in great shape and quite fast. I would rate this course 4 stars if the fairways and tees were in better shape but I still enjoyed playing it.

Course has some challenging holes. Scenic. Unfortunately there were a few fairways in rough shape.
