(February 17, 2023, 11:14 pm)Really like this shoe store as there are many shoe styles and it is easy to find your size. The staff come over to help, ask what you are looking for and get shoes. One staff, Nela, was particularly attentive to me and I really appreciated her interest and suggestions. She also ran to get different shoes or the another size and didn't leave me with collecting shoes and figuring what shoe to try next. It was helpful to have knowledgeable input and patience from a staff and she provided both. Will definitely keep shopping here and referring friends.

(November 26, 2018, 10:44 pm)Old Review: Only reason a 2 star and not 1 star is because I found a pair of shoes i like. Very Bad customer service. 8-10 people working and Noone wanted to help. When I paid for the shoes the girl was so rude.
New: I went in again in October and they have more helpful staff now and 2 employees asked me if I needed help. Found some nice kicks again too! They're prices are pretty much the same as other big shoe stores. -

Staff at this store and head office recently went out of their way to arrange an exchange on a pair of shoes that were the wrong size. They were extremly helpful and empathetic and made me feel very appreciated as a customer. The staff here have also located shoes in different sizes and brought them in from another store. They are always eager to help and very friendly.

(August 5, 2017, 4:25 pm)I love the Factory Shoe! The staff are incredibly friendly, and helpful, and create an environment in which you could comfortably browse their shoe selection. As for the shoes themselves, while they are pretty expensive, they're really good quality, and very comfortable to wear, which definitely makes the price well worth it, in my opinion! I've purchased two pairs of boots, and a pair of athletic shoes from here so far, and I'm in love with all three, so I'll definitely come again for some more, and would recommend the store to anyone else! :D
