Our home had a terrible leak. We were afaird we would have to do our whole roof! We called urban roofing and spoke with shaun. Shaun was very informative, and told us it was not as bad as we thought. He would be able to repair our roof and get us by another year. We will be calling shaun this summer to do our whole roof.

I hired Shaun and Urban Roofing this spring. My roof was heavily damaged over the winter and leaking. Of course I entertained 4 estimates and did my own research on materials and looked at best roofing practices. I was warned by a friend, DO NOT take a low bid unless you want to replace your roof in 8 years. After doing my research, I understood exactly what he meant. Urban Roofing quoted me outlining what materials will be used, the price of all the materials and labour and outlined what the hidden costs may be. I called or emailed Shaun numerous times during the quote process, he answered all my questions and further educated me on roofing and proper venting. Great customer service. The extensive work was completed by Shaun and his crew, lead by Steve. The crew left the property clean and free of any debris and were very professional. The work was completed in under 2 days and the roof looks fantastic. I am very confident the roof will last a minimum 30 years. 5 stars to Urban Roofing.

Shaun is a experienced roofer and an expert when it comes to ventilation system designs. He demonstrates extreme care and professionalism when it comes to his clients. Shaun came to my home and gave me a complete thorough analysis of the ventilation in my attic and answered all my questions with his expertise and designed a ventilation system that would best suit my home. Shaun always conducted himself in a professional manner and treated my home as if it were his own.
