(February 1, 2019, 2:48 pm)My computer had many virus's on it so I took it to Dr. Dan's computer repair and they were so pleasant to deal with, after something would come up out of the ordinary they called me everytime to see if they were able to upgrade/fix other problems they found. They are super knowledgable. I will defintley be going back to them for any computer needs! If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!

(January 20, 2019, 3:21 am)Dr. Dan is the best! I have an older model MacBook Pro that I've upgraded and updated over the years. I couldn't get past the login screen for a long, long time, took it to Apple and spent hours with them, and they told me it was basically a DUD. I take it to Dr. Dan...and not only does he know EXACTLY the component that's giving me issues (Apple said nothing to me about this AND it had a RECALL on it!), but he was able to create a workaround on the motherboard, and now I have a laptop back that would've cost me $2000 to replace for a few hundred in time and labour. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Thanks Dan!

They put in a screw and fixed it up very quickly for FREE!! They are very nice and I high recommend them. I will be coming back for any computer issues.

(December 6, 2018, 11:24 pm)Did a component-level repair on my Macbook pro for a specific graphics issue. Apple store had no solution. Dan coordinated a day with me to have it fixed before they closed, and I couldn't be happier with the result. They're great guys, this is definitely the place to go in Hamilton.

(December 5, 2018, 6:53 pm)Dan and his team are great. Easy to talk to. Really helped upgrade my computer to get the best performance. I do YouTube videos for a living so I needed my computer wiped and installed with windows and a new faster harddrive installed and bc I work every day I needed it fast. Dan said come in on a Tuesday and he had it done that day. Awesome guy. And his prices are not bad.
