(May 3, 2019, 1:30 pm)First time coming here was for diagnostic imaging. Walked in through the main entrance and was immediately greeted by a gentleman at the information desk. He asked if I needed any help and I explained where I needed to go and he walked me there. Once there, check in was quick and friendly. X ray tech was also very friendly and helpful. Whole process had me in and out in 15 mins!

From admitting to the care i received from the nurses, nuclear medicine, porters, and operating room staff and after care was fantastic. It made my stay so comfortable. Thank you. Jean Quigley

(March 6, 2019, 9:48 pm)Nursing staff very friendly and helpful but hospital is too full. Mom admitted Friday night and still in Emergency Overflow area on Wednesday afternoon. I don’t mind her being there because she is getting good care but mom would like to be in a room with other people.

(March 4, 2019, 3:44 pm)I was unexpectedly admitted to ICU after a routine procedure. Except that they had no vegetarian dinners, the staff was extremely professional and caring. I saw a total of 5 specialists including the doctor who performed the procedure. All were reassuring and explained the circumstances. It was a corrective experience after being a patient at Oakville Hospital.
