  I was very impressed with the customer service I received from Holdens. They had very open lines of communication and it was clear that they were willing to make every effort to ensure that my order was delivered on time, despite inclement weather.
  
  I also was impressed with how easy it was to use their website, which was professional and glitch-free. It was honestly a big draw that made me decide on them vs. competitors.
  
  Great company and I would not hesitate to use them again in the future. They seem to genuinely care, which is refreshing. My only regret is that I won't be able to see the actual flowers I ordered as I live in another city!

  Twice now I've ordered from Holdens. Both times I've spoken with Marina, I believe her name is. She is great to deal with and so very helpful. Living in Alberta it's hard to find a local florist for my needs. On both occasions the plants / flowers were fresh and the arrangements were satisfying. Thank you so much

  I ordered birthday flowers for my cousin in Dundas from my international location. I spoke to the florist, Mike, who is a wonderful company rep. My cousin was delighted with the flowers, mailed me a picture and said I'd picked the best florist in town. I agree and would highly recommend Holden's! Thank you Mike. MJ
