Dundas Optometry Clinic

I just had my first appointment at Dundas Optometry yesterday, it being my second eye exam since needing glasses. It wasn’t until coming to this clinic I realized the care I got at another place was not great, and the prescription was even wrong! Everyone from the desk staff, to the gentleman helping choose glasses, was friendly and professional. Dr. Hermiz was amazing and thorough, explaining everything to me in such detail and listening to all my concerns. I was given several options for lenses that fit my budget, and was even given my PD (which some clinics outright refuse to disclose) Dundas Optometry is a clinic I can finally trust, and they have secured me as a patient :)

My appointment was with Dr. Tinkham and she is absolutely delightful and makes sure we understand what's going on..

This is a very friendly place with professional and courteous staff and optometrists. What is offered is professional advice and glasses at best prices in all of Dundas and Hamilton area. There are great selections to meet your needs.

Always friendly & pleasant. Staff are organized & do good job of timely & smooth process of test completion without a sense of patient feeling rushed. Take time to answer questions, problem solve where needed. Feel I get a high quality service with Dr Thomas who is unfailingly able to listen, explain & complete needed services with same attributes as listed above. Patient departs with reassurance, feeling competent & thorough vision services provided, & with patient feeling like a partner in own health care. Feel I can relay on their expertise & skills, a relief when it comes to precious vision.

Great clinic I’ve been going to Dr Johnson since I got my first pair of glasses over 20 years ago. they have always had the best service and customer care,they have a lovely staff who are always super helpful. they have a fantastic selection of glasses highly recommend them if you need an eye exam or a new set of glasses
