Bump boutique is absolutely amazing. The customer service is truly unmatchable. Absolutely unmatchable. While trying to find the item and size that is best for me, the owner, Jordon Moore, remained in contact with me via email. Before I decided to write this review, I went into my email and counted the time we exchanged emails. Jordon has responded promptly and pleasantly to my emails THIRTY SEVEN times. She is polite, kind, and simply a delight to do business with. One item I had ordered through Amazon was the Boob Nursingwear Audrey dress in the color Cassis. The shipping speed was pretty good considering it was coming from out of country. The dress was beautiful and of high quality, but was not the correct fit for my body. Jordon offered me many options for exchange or for refund. I ended up returning this dress (which originally had been purchased on Amazon), and Jordon worked out the details not only to refund me the price of the dress but my return shipping fees as well. She also went out of her way to list an item from her website, Bump Boutique, on Amazon just for me because I had an amazon credit that I wanted to spend and could only spend on amazon. I truly can not say enough about Jordon and her lovely company. I personally struggle with trusting companies out of country to follow through with customer service, and I will say that Bumk Boutique offers customer service that surpasses that I have experienced in a long time. I am not being payed to write this review, but am writing out of the kindness of my heart as I am moved by the kindness of this company. If you are in need of maternity or nursing wear, please co sided contacting this company. They work with you to find what you need in clothing material, style, color and size. Thank you, Jordon, for everything! I will be purchasing from you again! ????

Jordan was so helpful and so accommodating. She knew exactly what sizes I needed and directed me to the styles of nursing clothes that she knew would work best for me. And my order was packaged up so pretty! It really made the experience complete. Highly recommend.

I received my boob nursing top promptly and it was beautifully packaged with care, and included were even free baby samples which was a nice touch. It's nice to wear clothing that's fashionable and comfortable while nursing. The fabric is extremely soft and flexible and quite flattering. I dealt directly with Jordan Moore, the Founder of bump boutique, and had a very pleasant experience with her. She clearly cares about her customers.

Finally! A nursing sports bra that has support and looks and feels great! I bought the Fast Food Sports Bra and the quality is amazing (even better than some of my regular sports bras). This is my new favourite nursing bra! Easy access for baby. Jordan from Bump Boutique was such a pleasure to deal with. I received my bra (which was packaged so lovely) promptly.

I love my pieces from Bump Boutique! It's so nice to wear some things that are fashionable and high quality for a change while pregnant, not to mention from ethical and sustainable brands. There are such limited options out there for maternity wear, so discovering Bump Boutique was a treat. I am frequently complimented on my Bump Boutique outfits by friends and even strangers. I was pleasantly surprised when I received my items in person - their online photos don't even do them justice! They are even cuter in real life, and bonus: they wash up really well. The dual maternity/nursing items have been a great investment. I'm so glad I found Bump Boutique!
