(June 9, 2019, 12:23 am)Wish I had found Bikram Yoga Dundas years ago. Have been a member since Jan. 2018. Had never been exposed to hot yoga or any yoga before. Decided to try something new. The staff are very professional and approachable. Antionette has made the studio welcoming and fun. There is no judgement, totally inclusive. I would love to attend a class daily but that will have to wait for retirement, but even if you go 2 to 3 times a week you will see a transformation not only with you body but your mind.

I have been practicing here for 8 years and become more and more comfortable in my own skin, giving some love and care to my body and mind by showing up on my mat day after day. Wonderful people and great classes. It's a tri-fecta of Bikram, Hot Hiit and gentle relaxing yin classes. If you're even the teensiest bit curious, I highly recommend that you come try it out.

Antionette and her staff are professional, energetic and fun to be around. I would highly recommend Bikram Yoga Dundas to anyone, but in particular first responders. FYI Yoga and HIIT Classes (High Intensity Interval Training)
