  At CLV Group they are very attentive to the tenants requests, the building is always clean and any issues (broken lock, sticking window, etc) are addressed quickly by the property management.
  
  Also, they have been making extra improvements to the building above and beyond- such as building a small enclosure for the dogs in the building to play off leash. It is clear they consider the happiness and comfort of their tenants beyond what is expected of them.
  
  Really enjoy living here.

  I found the staff to be very friendly, knowledgable and accommodating.
  I also liked that they were very upfront about my next step and their requirements.
  I feel quite confidant that should I experience any issue with my new home it will be taken care professionally and expeditiously.
  I really feel that I have made an excellent choice.

  We have just moved in to our apartment and are very impressed at the space and layout of the apartment, lovely location and easy access to everything. We delt with Lucas and we couldn't be more impressed with how professional and polite he is and he's been very helpful with everything! Many thanks again!!

  I am a new tenant and I have had an incredibly positive experience. The staff are always available for help, even for emergencies after hours. They address problems right away and I never hesitate to ask for their assistance. The property and the neighbourhood are always clean and my experience has been absolutely positive since I moved in
