  I have gone here several times for a deep tissue massage for my shoulder, neck and back. Chris is an awesome RMT. I cannot recommend him enough.

  I never thought i would be able to do a proper push up again because of my wrist pain, but with the help of the physiotherapist, not only am i able to do push ups again, i now have no pain at all! all thanks to this great place. Well deserved 5/5.

  This place is a great. staff is very friendly and helpful.Sujay help me when I hart my back on work.I was so nurvous and stressed but Sujay help me and I send my coworker too there to see Sujay and he fix her shoulder.She is so happy now.I will never go anywhere else.

  This place is great! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The two massage therapists are great and always help with my back and neck soreness. Sujay helped me out when my ankle was bothering me, and even though the treatment itself wasn't the most comfortable thing, I felt great after my physio session! Johann the naturopath has been helping me with some digestive issues, and has been really understanding and helpful with his advice. Oh, and they direct bill to insurance for me! That's a real win so I don't have to pay out of pocket! Overall, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

  I have had several massage and chiropractic treatments from other people, but I have to say that Sarah Spach's massages have been the best! She also takes the time to sit and talk with you about any major issues you may be having in certain areas. Alex Angel has also treated me and I felt very comfortable and confident with his treatments. He also has helped me tremendously with the pain that I was experiencing. I can physically do more than ever lately. They both are a great team!
