  I hadn't been to the dentist in a while because of "dentist fear". The staff at Downtown Hamilton were from the front door onward very professional and understanding. The dentist himself was fast and gentle, so much so that I had "very little after pain"' after having work done on most of my mouth. I even got the whitening special and I cant believe my smile now. So glad I stepped through their doors. Also, their office is super clean and very nicely designed as well.

  Staff is very friendly and kind. When my family & I go for appointments they all feel like family. Dr.Shakat is always explaining what procedures are being done to all of us and that makes us feel safe and trusting in her. I have never have had a problem with the billing or appointments with the front staff or Joe. I have always recommended there business to many people. Keep up the great work , love it!!
