  I'm a new patient, and it's been an excellent experience. I had 2 large old, crumbled fillings that needed fixing, and I hadn't had a cleaning in about 3 years. Dr Wallace put me at ease, made sure I was comfortable all through the procedures, and was precise in his work. I'm very nervous at the dentist in general, but both times I felt calm and well looked after. I also have a small mouth, which can be a problem sometimes, but not for Dr. Wallace.
  Rachel did my cleaning, and she was gentle but thorough. Again, I felt very well cared for.
  I also really like the location in Ancaster - it's away from the congested areas, and there is roomy parking.
  I thoroughly recommend South Ancaster Family Dental.

  I get nervous when going to visit the dentist but the staff here are the friendliest and made it a calming experience. They explain step by step what they are doing and check in often to see how you are feeling. They take their time and are very thorough with the cleaning. I will continue to go here. They also do direct billing with your insurance company which is very convenient. Thank you South Ancaster Family Dental!

  South Ancaster Family Dental is a clean warm office which makes me feel very comfortable and relaxed. It helps take away my nervousness when having to go to my appointments. Thank you for not making it feel like I’m going to the dentist! The staff are very experienced and super friendly and I would highly recommend everyone to visit Dr. Dam and her team!

  I haven't been to the dentist in over 10 years. Dr. Dam and her team made it comfortable and easy for me to get my cleaning and filling done over multiple visits. They are friendly and professional. Great place for the entire family. I highly recommend their service.
