  If any of you have been thinking about giving Kambo a try (even if you haven’t yet!) – I would highly suggest you get a hold of Matt at Kambo Canada. A couple months ago Matt facilitated three Kambo ceremonies for me. With each session, I noticed more and more shifts within myself. Not having tried Kambo before, I was super intimidated and was dealing with quite a bit of anxiety before my first session. Matt made me feel very safe and well taken care of throughout the whole process. He is very grounded and warm, and was able to provide me with the gentle push and encouragement I needed to realize my own strength and my body’s healing abilities. I’m so happy I chose to do the suggested 3 treatments within a moon cycle because I witnessed my body let go and more and more each time. Having dealt with daily depression, anxiety, chronic pain and fatigue for the last few years, I can say without a doubt that I have seen improvements where not much else has helped. My overall anxiety levels and social anxiety have decreased. My mood is uplifted more often and I find myself wanting to get out and do things rather than stay at home. After my second session, I went from a fairly sedentary lifestyle to getting up and going for a jog most mornings. My husband and close friends have mentioned that they have seen shifts happen within me, through my demeanor and lifestyle choices. Although I feel that this is an amazing start, I do know that my work with this medicine is not finished and I’m really looking forward to sitting with Matt again to continue my healing with Kambo. I highly recommend to anyone who is serious about their healing (physical, emotional, spiritual)!

  Matthew is a beautiful person and the work he does is incredible. Highly recommended this man to anybody. The way he holds space and runs a Kambo session is beyond beautiful. Go with Matthew!!
