  My name is Mitch and I came to Dr. Mark in Feb of 2018 with a disk herniation L4 L5 after visiting 2 other Chiropractors and massage therapy, Dr Mark said he will help me get better , I couldn't walk or sit properly and couldn't sleep nether ,I was sceptical at first but here I am one year later back to normal.
  Is not magic is knowledge.

  I am glad that I am on a road to recovery under the caring hands of Dr. Mark Del Cantero. Dr. Mark gave me a good insight in a plain language that I could understand and extended all necessary support. Dr. Marks team of Dayle & Grace are amazing extending their help in time of need.

  I am so thankful that someone recommended Dr. Mark and his incredible team to me. For over 6 years I suffered from debilitating chronic pain, fatigue, headaches and other Fibromyalgia symptoms.
  In the 9 months that I've been seeing Dr. Mark my pain and fatigue have reduced in both severity and frequency and my headaches are almost non existent. Many of my other symptoms have disappeared or are greatly reduced and much more manageable!
  Because of Dr. Mark's treatments, I am able to more fully participate in all aspects of life with a young family. Another surprising benefit is that I have been able to improve my overall health through lifestyle changes that were not possible for me to even consider before due to my pain and fatigue.

  I'm so thankful I started going to Dr. Mark and his team. I've struggled with migraines for 24 years, seen many doctors, tried many medications and nothing seemed to help. After 9 months with Dr. Mark, it is very rare for me to experience a migraine and when I do, it is far less intense than they used to be and easily manageable.
  
  My daughter also started seeing him 7 months ago. She'd had a concussion 3 years ago and was still experiencing side effects from it. Now, she's off all her medications, no more headaches, and no longer needs to wear glasses.
  
  I would highly recommend Dr. Mark and his team to anyone!

  This place is amazing! Not only is the care great but the people are truly amazing as well. The staff here really care about you and wish to see you at your best. Have gone for years now and can't say 1 bad thing about Dr Mark and his team. You will truly be blessed coming here!
