I had dental implants done and was told by the Oral Surgeon that I should go back to my own Dentist for my dentures. (I did ask if that was the best option and he said yes).
After several months and about twenty appointments later, I was emotionally distressed, as they did not look good nor did they fit properly. Everything gets lost in translation when you are telling the dentist what you want and he in turn must inform the lab, who is at another location and never has contact with you. There did not seem like there would ever be a resolution and decided I must go elsewhere.
I chose Ancaster Denture Clinic after reading of his family's long connection in the industry. This was the best decision I could have made, as Kyle is brilliant at what he does. Within a couple of appointments for measurements I was back for my dentures. I only needed ONE appointment to tweak the fit and I was done and very happy. Many thanks to Kyle, Janice and Sylvia for allowing me to smile again.
