Monica Hoekstra and her team of Classical Pilates teachers are the very best. Not only will they provide the best Pilates around, they will keep you smiling the entire time.
The studio, which is fully equipped with Gratz, the best Pilates equipment in the industry, is bright and clean.
I highly recommend you visit Absolute Pilates no matter if you are looking to return to exercise after some time off, recover from an injury, or shave time off your Marathon time. You will discover new things about your movement with every lesson and be left feeling tall, strong, and ready for more!
This is the only physiotherapy clinic I've been to, but I don't think I'll ever go anywhere else. The therapists are very knowledgeable and skilled. I was always treated with kindness and understanding. The strengthening assistants are also very skilled and I felt encouraged every step of the way. I am so grateful for this clinic! 4/5 stars (one star lacking) because the waiting room is right beside the strengthening room/gym and not very private.
I also attend Monday night yoga here, small group class with an amazing instructor.
