Jennifer breaks the fine print down into bite sized pieces. And you know how you occasionally ask a question and then think 'That was dumb.' Well you never feel that way with Jennifer. What I especially like is her uplifting attitude. Whether on the phone or in person, she is always positive. Thank you, Jennifer Mcllveen, for the exceptional service.

She was a pleasure to deal with, had great communication and was well informed in answering all the questions we couldn’t seem to get straight answers to from our previous providers. Switching was super easy, I would definitely recommend giving her a call for any of your insurance needs!

(February 22, 2019, 12:41 am)I contacted Morison for a home and auto quote due to my current carriers rate and customer service. I was tired of being forgotten. I spoke with Irene and she was able to provide me with a lower quote on home and auto. She took the time to explain my current coverages and offered advice as to what I may benefit from such as increased accident benefits and claim protection on the home. I have many friends insured with Morison and they have been with them for years. This brokerage cares about their customers. I was happy to make the switch. Customer service goes a long way with me. I not only want to make sure I am getting the most competitive rate but i want to make sure I have adequate coverage and great customer service. Thanks again Morison!
