My husband's family has been with them since they opened, when they were in they're previous location and their current, and I have used them since moving to Hamilton. The staff is caring, supportive and understanding. They are ALWAYS willing to help, explain medications, and offer suggestions for treatment, when something "over the counter" will do, or when a doctor's visit should be scheduled. I wish all pharmacies and pharmacists were like them!

It is a small intimate establishment whose main business is dispensing drugs, not selling groceries and cosmetics The two pharmacists, Michael and Nermine, are unfailingly knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Why go to a chain when you can have such a delightful personal relationship? The fact that they do not require the ODB copayment is icing on the cake.
