  My favourite beer in the entire world. They clearly have a genius craftsmen working behind the scenes here because the beer is unlike anything you’ve ever tried. They have the ability to create such unique flavours and pours, and are consistently coming out with new stuff, it’ll leave you wanting more. I can’t get enough of this place. The service is also always stellar, they have the friendliest staff. Also it’s dog friendly! Their $4 Thursday deal is legit the best deal in town. I’ve brought friends in who don’t like or drink beer and they loved Fairweathers beer. Seriously a game-changer. You guys are doing it right!

  Selection of craft beers for everyone. Comfortable seating, dogs allowed. Chips and salsa to snack on. Bottles and growlers for take away. Reasonably priced but not cheap nor would you expect it for great quality. Glassware and some souvenir clothing items. Parking is free on site.

  Enjoyable brewery. We didn't try any food here but I really enjoyed the beer. A bit on the smaller side but we managed to get our group in alright. Servers were polite and quick, will definitely stop in again.

  Something for everyone. Hamilton's finest brewery. If you are going to stop at one brewery do yourself a favour and stop at Fairweather. Hops yes. Sours, yes. Dark beer, yes. Everybody happy!

  Staff - awesome. Beer? Awesome. Food? They could have more! They used to have pretzels and those were amazing. We will definitely be back as we enjoy the space, the taste and the atmosphere. Also - dogs are welcome which is fun to see a pooch hanging around with ya at the table.

Fairweather Brewing Company After nearly a year of renovations, Fairweather opened its doors in May 2017, in a revitalized warehouse in west Hamilton's Ainslie Wood neighbourhood. In addition to our taproom and bottle shop, we have a 15,000 square foot production facility and a 100-seat mezzanine event space to be completed in 2018.
