(July 24, 2021, 7:15 pm)We had an unfortunate flood in our basement at the peak of the covid pandemic when Ontario was in strict lockdown . The main pipe coming in from our well had corroded and water flooded our basement like a broken fire hydrant.
Al Care came to the rescue , dried out and assessed the damage and patiently coordinated a date that worked for us to do the repairs .
Everyone we encountered were very professional and knowledgeable and excelled at their respective trades from drywalling /painting to electrical and flooring . Will definitely keep their number handy if there any renos in our future -

(July 1, 2021, 2:49 am)The staff at Al-Care were thorough and professional. Not only were the guys polite but they were Covid ready and sensitive and patient with our requirements. They repaired the leaks that damaged our ceilings and consulted with us on every step - there were no surprises. Their finished work is excellent and I cannot believe how clean the trades were when they finished for the day and when they completed the work. We are very pleased and would recommend this company in a heartbeat. Thank you so much for your work and making a stressful time less well, stressful. I have to also give a shout out to our insurance company CUMIS who recommended them. Great job!!

I tried seeing if I could remediate it myself, but none of the products I purchased from stores made a dent in it. I contacted Al-Care to determine what could be done. Jeff and Eric came down to take a look and gave me an estimate on what the job would cost. They were confident their solution would take care of this. We went ahead with their service and I'm shocked at how well their treatment has worked. The mould was gone and only slight staining was left. Their treatment also came with a 10-year warranty that the mould will not return. If you have a mould issue, these are the guys to call!! Their treatment is also much more cost-effective than some of the other solutions we entertained. Thanks Jeff and Eric for making my family feel safe again in our home!

(March 8, 2021, 7:31 pm)Work was processed well across the whole period with Production Manager Peter. There were 4-5 runs of work to get my basement fixed and they were scheduled well. When I noticed Peter a spot of defect on the paved floor, he came and sent two professionals to have the defect fixed right away. Very impressive on the efficiency. They provide good & efficient services, and the work was done well. Now the basement is back to my kids as a playroom. Happy about that.
