Nothing but excellent service from the team at Ontario Hose. As a beverage manufacturer rapidly scaling up, OH is our go-to for reliable, quick assistance with selecting and ordering the right piece we need to keep moving forward (hose fittings, IBC tote valve adapters, dustcaps, and more). The have a huge selection and their staff are well knowledgable. Website is also very user friendly.
Ontario Hose provided specialty hoses for a significant project in the steel industry. Rob and Dan were exceptionally helpful and kept on top of the manufacture and delivery. The hose design and delivery schedule was critical to the project success and they came through without any issues. I would recommend using them in the future for any projects that I manage.
For our company business they are an excellent source of Hoses and Hose products. The Hose tracker has been a help in both tracking and compliance. The order desk (Nelson and others) along with the rest of the sales team are always spot on with information. The back room gang in assembly, testing and shipping are great to deal with.
