(February 9, 2022, 2:16 pm)Ed Cicero recently tiled my floor to ceiling fireplace. Ed did an excellent job, he took his time to ensure which tile layout would be appropriate and ensure proper look. He's professional, funny and cares about the quality of his work. He communicated and ensured that we were ok with things throughout the entire process...even the small stuff. I can be more particular than my husband and for Ed to ask me a simple thing as where do I want the knob on our closet door speaks volumes to his character. He will offer his advise and professional opinion while respecting what we also want. Finding a contractor that you can trust and rely on can be difficult at times. Our kitchen is our next "to do" and Floor Teck will be our go to company.

(December 21, 2020, 4:39 pm)Edward Cicero, of Floor Teck & Bath Renovations (Stoney Creek, Ont.) laid three rooms of engineered hardwood flooring for us in mid-December, 2020.
His quote was slightly higher than three others, but in conversation with him during his first inspection, his openness and comments gave us reason to choose him for our job.
We were not disappointed... Before and during the project, Ed communicated with us by telephone, messaging and email, keeping us informed about timing, and his activities. That type of customer relations put us at ease at all times.
He answered questions prior to and after his work promptly and clearly.
Ed went beyond our expectations.
