(January 6, 2021, 5:00 pm)We used David's services in buying our first home. I can't recommend him enough! He was always available for a quick call or text, and helped us understand all the steps along the process. He was always very patient and thorough, like a trusted friend.
We had a couple of weird things happen along our journey, and David was right there for us to explain and guide us, and continued to follow up with us throughout. He continued to monitor rates between purchase and close, and was able to catch us a better rate when it came along.
I don't understand why people wouldn't use a broker for mortgages - we couldn't be happier, and will be recommending David to anyone who will listen. -

My husband and I used David's services while purchasing our first home and he was extremely helpful in navigating the complicated mortgage process with us. He explained things very clearly and answered all of our questions. David is very knowledgeable and gave great advice on how we could pay down our mortgage quicker. I think everyone becomes a little "high maintenance" when they are purchasing a home, and David was obviously conscious of how much support is required to the the job excellently. David was professional, accommodating, available anytime, and tremendously responsive. As far as a mortgage broker goes, I know I couldn't have made a better choice. Plus, he got me an EXCELLENT rate, far better than my highest expectation, to be honest. I would recommend him to anyone in a millisecond, with no doubts I'm doing them the best favour.
