The sales rep Mike was very knowledgeable and professional and took his time to explain everything to us. Installer Mykhailo and his crew were fantastic. They are highly skilled at what they do and hard working. They were meticulous with installing our windows and doors. Very professional and cleaned up everything before they left. I would highly recommend them and the company to anyone looking for windows or doors. We love the new look and are extremely satisfied with the quality of the product. Can not say enough good things about this company. Thank you.

Usually these hardware companies don’t have much in terms of service but here as soon as I called I had my quote given and an appointment scheduled. I also loved the variety of the showroom, they have everything, and I mean everything! The installation team was also really friendly, know what they’re doing and fun guys to talk to. 5 stars for me!

He explained everything down to the finest detail so we’d never feel left in the dark. And he never seemed to be pushy. When the installation date came to replace our first floor and basement windows, the team was really quick, they got the whole thing done in 2 days! After that, they made sure that there wasn’t a speck of dust left behind. Would definitely come back again!
