Didn't end up renting, but the process of getting information about the building and units was extremely easy! If you're wondering who to contact, Anthony Troisi the Customer Care Coordinator was very helpful and will answer any of your questions!

My experience with the contact-less rentals at CLV group was a great one. My partner and I needed an apartment during the COVID pandemic and the team made the process very easy while ensuring our and their safety.

Have lived here for almost 6 years and have been happiest since CLV took over. Mitch keeps the building clean and is very accommodating. Major improvement in building maintenance.
