Amazing customer service. Smart is the guy who help me to setup my savings account, my investment account and introduced all necessary services.
After dealing with a typical big bank for 40+ years, I had had enough of the impersonal approach to my finances and feeling like another number in the crowd.
A quick call to Meridian's Rymal Road branch proved to be an immediate breath of fresh air. Our banking representative, Sheryl is second to none. Each and every time I / we leave the branch or hang up after a call there is a feeling of worth and satisfaction. We have our financial institution for good now. Update - editing to add that we have now worked with Sarah on a home mortgage through Meridian. She went way far above and beyond in helping us figure out all of our mortgage options and helping throughout the process. Really outstanding service. Any staff I've worked with at this branch has been nice and Sarah was a standout even more so!
I was a first time homebuyer, young and new to the process. Sheryl and Tolga were amazing for support the whole way and made a difficult deal really work in any way they could. Would recommend meridian over any traditional bank over and over again.
