We have highly recommended Top Standard Contracting to our family and friends who are looking at a renovation project. In 2017 Top Standard converted the back half of our garage into our new Family room. The workman ship and quality are top notch. Josh and Skip are great to work with. They were punctual, hardworking, creative and cleaned up at the end of each day. Best contractors we have ever worked with.

Top Standard Contracting and their entire crew are fantastic. Diane Beard (my wife) and I highly recommend this contracting company. The do excellent work, are punctual, courteous, reliable, take pride in their work, are always neat and clean and the quality is flawless. They are the best in the business, no question. We went to Maui, left them the keys and came home to everything we asked for and more. The place was so clean we couldn't believe someone had been working in our home.

Top Standard Contracting completed a renovation of our basement in 2016. Their work was top-notch - everything from the layout to the finishing details was done with excellence. Josh and his team also provided a great deal of advice and guidance during the design phase, which was so appreciated. I'd highly recommend Top Standard Contracting to anyone considering home renovations.
