(May 27, 2021, 2:55 pm)I want to say that I called Environmental Res and was talking to Alex...by the end of my initial call I finally had some hope and relief to my situation...I found him to be so friendly open trusting honest and knowledgeable... he was my angel in disguise... !!!...when I met with him I found his knowledge reassuring.. he NEVER said ANYTHING bad about another company or commented negatively on the process of others and what or how they did or were doing... he spoke ONLY from a factual aspect of the reality of my situation and how their company would deal with such a situation and how important certain things are to their company in dealing with all and to me the customer...positive informative respectful to my needs, anxiety, situation and the solutions necessary..and how far he went to help me with my solution which was immediately on a time issue.. said he'd send me a letter of the assessment and I had it
within the hour..!!!...never coaxed me pushed or convinced me trying to get my business but certainly proved by action and knowledge how prompt, trusting and reliable he and the company he represents is ....... so for me the customer...??...well that's an employee and a company I want to deal with and enter into a contract with...!!!...lucky was my day I called them...!!!...lucky was my day when I met Alex...!!!
